I showed up to this interview as did about 80 other people. The told me i was perfect for the job after a 4 minute interview and that i needed to go to the second interview that followed their presentation that was for everyone that was invited from the initial interview. my guess is that there was about 70% of the people passed the initial interview. The presentation was all about being your own boss and making as much money as possible. After the presentation I sat down for my second interview in which they told me that they would discuss their options with their boss and choose 10 of the top prospects. They called me that night around 9:00 to tell me i got the job. It relays seems like a panzi scheme. On the job description they didn't even use the companies real name, they used the company name TMK which is a gas and oil pipe company not life insurance. it was very misleading and sneaky the whole way they conducted the interview and the way their whole operation is. Everyone in that business is in their mid 20's from management to the grunts… no business can be so successful based off the experience of their recent college graduate team. All had tattoos and piercings and they stressed that you had to dress very professional for their interviews as if you thought that you were going to ware a tank top. I highly recommend that you don't wast your time with this company. sooner or later this company with be featured on 60 minutes for being the next Enron! Seriously.

The initial interview gauges your personality fit, the Group overview gives you ALL the info you need to understand the company, and if you are selected the final interview is where a hiring decision is made.
