Interview
It was a clear, concise interview. It highlighted the unlimited earning potential, and schedule flexibility as attractive qualities. The most appealing part to me was when they described the direct relationship between potential earnings, and my own effort. Hard work pays off.

Interview
First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
