I applied for HR position. This lady emailed me requesting me to pick a time to be “interviewed”. No one said anything about a overview. Then, the day of the interview the lady was 20 mins late. She text me 15 mins after saying she would be late. Then she comes in and gives me this huge company overview, while I was expecting to be interviewed. Then she tells me this position is COMMISSION ONLY and basically trying to sell me this salesperson pitch when I applied for an HR position. I was so confused then she told me she would email me a packet. Then she hung up and she was super weird btw, didn’t let me say ANYTHING she spoke the whole time. I even thought this was a scam at one point. I received the packet after she sent me a “good afternoon” text at 8PM telling me the company thought I was a “good fit” when they didn’t even ask me any questions at all. It’s s no for me.
