I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Income Life (Baltimore, MD) in May 2019
Interview
AILIC Started off the process with a string of bothersome emails, but I noticed the starting pay was good and they had benefits.
During the interview they asked me numerous questions about my character rather than passed work experience. I inquired about what positions they had available and was only told they were seeking representatives at the lowest level. Required experience for the position was all focused around administrative skills (my specialty) while the role itself was more like door-knocking.
Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life
Interview
First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
