I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Income Life (Mishawaka, IN) in Oct 2015
Interview
There was a loaded call about an educational position requesting an interview the following morning. They clearly look at resumes and describe the position ad hoc, telling any story they deem appropriate so the job sounds like something that matches your resume. They then sit you down in a room with a bunch of candidates, where you are finally introduced to the actual job details of selling insurance after you pay a $200 fee for a book. They are dishonest, lack transparency in every sense of the term and are only likely to employ ppl with the same qualities or who are easily bamboozled.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
