You get a call saying that the Regional Manager will be in the office just this week. (lie, he's always there)
then you come in with a useless notepad and resume that they don't look at ever.
Then the first is is screening, are young and single (perfect, because your family would make you quit) and if you are then you go to the second interview which is a group interview and about an hour long.
This is where is sweet talk you with smokes and mirrors.
if you fall for it ( like i did) then you write that you get want a third interview and that night you'll be called to come in again, and they will remind you to bring the $200+ dollars to pay for your licencing ( most companies pay for you)
and as long as you bring the money, you're hired :)

Are you in school, do you have kids, married? all this is for them to determine whether or not you're available to be their toy soldier and answer to their every demands.

Easy and quick interview process. Understable and efficient. Though did not clarify it was just commission, made it seem like you make 80,000 salary non commission but remember this is 100% comission
