Initial contact was with a recruiter who turned out to be an invaluable resource throughout the process. There was initial phone screen with the HR Manager. A week or so later there was a series of interviews with various people throughout the company. I was able to meet with the direct reports for this position which I highly recommend for all companies to do for leadership positions. The next week I had a short technical call with the predecessor. By the end of that day I had an offer and an intro call with the CEO. Everyone throughout the process was amazing!
