Interview
You have to do a one-way spark interview first. If you do well on that then you will be invited to a phone screening. Finally a Zoom interview with the HR manager, director of customer support, customer service team member and then the customer service manager. Did not get offer but was provided with feedback.

Mostly behavioral questions - Was there ever a time that you did not have a work/life balance and how did you overcome it?
Give a specific example of when you had to remain objective when you did not agree with something.

Interview
Three hour interview - the process was slightly overwhelming, but rewarding at the same time. Everyone was friendly and I felt like I had an equal opportunity when apply for the position.
