First, you apply online through the companies website. Shortly after, I was contacted by HR and was scheduled for a in person job interview after having a brief phone interview. After the initial interview, I was contacted again by HR and was given the job. After being offered the job, they have you go through a background check, drug screening, and a physical. Which was extremely unorganized with the company, and took almost three weeks to complete. Once I was finished, and I was given a go. HR set up a date for me to leave, where I had to travel myself up the the port at which the boat was docked at. They kept changing the dates of when I was supposed to leave. It was very unorganized, confusing, and took too much time.
