I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Red Cross in Nov 2012
Interview
They will have HR call you to do a phone screen and goes over behavioral based questions. Once you get past that, you'll go into the office for an in person interview with a district manager. They went over similar behavioral based questions. I got a call the next day with a job offer.
From the very beginning, everything was clear, straightforward, and transparent. Each stage of the process was well-communicated, and I always knew what to expect. I appreciated how quickly I was updated about the next steps, which helped ease any uncertainty and made the overall experience smooth and stress-free
