Then they have questions outside of this method if they want to give you a hard time in the interview. Example of that would be the generic question well tell me what you liked and disliked regarding your last employer.

For this position, I went through 2 interviews (I think), one over the phone and the other in person and they were both simple. Speaking with confidence and required experience and education is beneficial. The interview was easy.
