I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
starts with a brief questionnaire (~30 questions), another one that's around 100 questions, then an in person test (extremely easy, obviously used as a tool to weed out those with an exceptionally low IQ). After these tests the real interviews start. First one is with 2 to 3 mid level managers in the department. If you pass that you move on to the final interview with the plant manager, the department head, and an HR representative. Should you pass that, you are hired.

Interview
Spoke with a recruiter, set up an interview and came and went to location for interview. Very stereotypical interview questions read off from a premade list. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Nightmare. First you take a 90 minute test online to determine you are mentally stable. If you pass, an hr person (with a thick accent) calls you and sets up an interview. They then call and change your interview day and time 4-5 times. After the interview you have to act out scenarios over the phone with another hr person. Then you meet with section head, then the plant manager. Horrible experience.
