In the AC stage you do a one-to-one interview and then a group exercise. The group exercise is hard and you have to listen really carefully to the instructions and be cautious of including everyone. In terms of the interview I was asked questions such as 'describe a time when you overcame a challenge, worked in a team' etc. For the final stage interviews there were six of us, as it was online we were put into a breakout room with one other candidate and two assessors, we were asked quick fire questions such as 'A time where you put yourself in someone else's shoes' 'A time where you failed' 'A time where you learnt a new challenge/something new'. We were also given feedback from our AC and were asked to respond to some of the more negative feedback we had eg. How we might disagree with or work on the fact we could come across as intimidating.

The Assessment day took place in Belgium, beggining in the morning and ending in the afternoon, is the second-last step before getting an offer from the firm. It was divided in 3 different step: personal interview, business game in team of 4, case scenario in which you are a sales person for ABinBev. You are evaluated during all the 3 steps, on how you behave and how you relate with the other candidates.
