Interview
Step 1. Online application
Step 2. On-line test (logical)
Step 3: phone interview.
It's a standard case study, with balance sheets, details on how much per month the brewery can produce, targets, ingredients, costs and competitors' techniques - you have to pick 2 out of 6 products deciding which one is the best to launch. The case overall is not so hard but they expect you to be really precise in terms of figures and calculations (considering you have just half an hour to prepare, is not that easy!)
Behavioral questions are standard, why you, why us, how do you work in a team etc...
Interviewer was very professional.
