I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2011
Interview
The hiring process was relatively simple. Prior to the interview I was sent a package of information about the company as well as forms to fill out about myself. There were two people who interviewed me at the same time and they took turns asking me questions. The questions were relatively easy. It helped that I had done prior research to I could ask and respond to questions about the company culture which they seemed to like.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you failed and what did you do to fix it or learn from it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2014
Interview
The first couple of interviews were over the phone, just getting to know your personality and see some of your experience from previous positions. The next step was to go into the Brewery for an interview, which was pretty casual outside in the Biergarten. Two people were present at the interview, asking behavior questions and "tell me a time when you..." type of questions. In addition, we discussed past experience further.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you had to be a leader in a difficult situation.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Fort Collins, CO) in Aug 2012
Interview
First, there is a quick phone interview regarding your previous work experience, why you would like to be a tour guide and why you believe you would be a good fit for the position. Next, the face-to-face interview with a lead member and supervisor consists of telling a story and how a situation was handled or resolved. The longer the interview, the better it looks. They look for talkative people with great social skills. Eye contact, body language, posture, enthusiasm and a smile. After all, the Tour Guide is the front line of the brewery. Think Disney, you are always on stage when working and that is what they want to see in an interview.
