      Question 1

When was a time you achieved something in an unconventional way?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Oct 2017

      Interview

I applied online and took multiple personality tests then was asked to do a video interview. They ask you to schedule in within 24 hours, I emailed the contact about pushing it back a week since I would be traveling for a conference and most of the times available were before 8am, I never heard back so a week later I scheduled the interview during the conference and then waited in the virtual interview room for an hour and no one ever showed up. I emailed the recruiter after 20 minutes and again after 45 minutes of waiting for my interview to being and when she emailed me back all she said was "I apologize for the issue. I have sent an email to the program manager who should be reaching out to you." The program manager never reached out and 3 weeks later I got an automated rejection email. Overall they just seemed to view me as more of a number than a person and handled the situation unprofessionally.

      Brewery Trainee Program (BTP) Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2016

      Interview

I applied online on the company website. I was then prompted to take a series of tests that included behavioral/situational questions as well as a math/logic & reasoning questions. These "tests" were timed. A few days later, I received an email asking to schedule a video interview, which was pretty much an HR screening and took no longer than 30 minutes. A few hours later, I received another email to schedule a telephone role-playing assessment which took 3.5 hours and had 3 parts. Each part dealt with an aspect of the job, from time-management and scheduling to team dynamics and conflict resolution. A couple days later, I received an email inviting me to the final panel interview and brewery tour in St. Louis. The flight, hotel, and all other expenses were covered. The panel interview consisted of 6 candidates being interviewed (at the same time) by 4 execs. It was definitely unique and unlike any other interview I've been in because they had some individual-targeted questions as well as some open-ended questions for anyone to take, first-come first-served style. The following week I received my offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Let's say the 2 people on either side of you are your employees. Employee A meets their production goals ahead of time but then they just cruise because they're done, while employee B works hard but barely meets their deadlines. Now, you have $10,000 to split between the two as their bonus. How would you split it, and why?
