The process I've heard spans over four weeks, which includes resume screening, followed by IQ/personality test and finally a series of in-person and Skype interviews. It is challenging process but teaches one to be prepared for different types of assessments. The IQ/personality test is a challenging process and adequate preparation should be completed prior to taking the assessments.
