I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ansys (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
I had a 30 mins phone interview in the morning. They asked some general questions and then go over the resume. They will ask details about your experiences. At the end they let me ask several questions. All the interviewers are friendly and nice. Overall a great experience.
I was given an interview which was to go over my resume. The interviewers were fairly passive aggressive when asking questions about my resume. I later had received a phone call, where the HR representative gave me an offer. I asked about negotiating the pay, and she said she would get back to me. The company had ghosted me after this interaction
A 15-minute prescreening to ask a few questions about resume, co-op timing, work permit and etc., and one technical interview with the team manager 10 days later including coding. I got the offer the day after the interview.
