I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online, I did not have a referral. I was invited to do a video interview ( Did not know it would be a website recording me and no live person ) An internal recruiter for Aon called me and asked about my experience, job change etc.
Two weeks later I had a phone interview with a managing director, then the next week I had an in person interview with another person ( This was an average to difficult interview as I knew this was the last interview ). I had two pending offers with other companies, so I called the managing director and explained I had other offers, I was then told I had the job and they asked when I could start.

Question 1
Describe a difficult situation at work and how did you succeed? Explain why you want to work for Aon?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Tampa, FL) in May 2014
Interview
The process is a long process you have to get a background check and the interview is pretty intensive but I found it to be pretty easy. You interview with 2 people and you definitely need to have a back ground in worker's compensation.
