      Interview

First received an email from HR requesting participation in a digital "interview". In this email you receive a link to a web application that uses your webcam to capture video of you responding to written questions that they post online. You are given 30 seconds to read a question and then 3 minutes to respond. If you're not happy with your recorded answer, you can try again up to 3 times. After this, I was contacted by HR to organize a face to face interview with the hiring team. This interview lasted for approximately an hour and involved a lot of situation-based questions - i.e. "Tell me about a time when..."

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Began with 15-20 minute phone screen with a recruiter that stays with you throughout the interview process, then an hour long-interview in-office, and two consecutive phone interviews after that. Very straightforward and simple questions, all interviewers were extremely kind and light-hearted. It seemed like if you made a good first-impression on your recruiter, that impression would be relayed and have a major impact throughout the rest of the interview process.
