Interview
Started with a online on-demand interview with a mix of written and verbal questions about my qualifications and interpersonal skills. Then had an in person interview that was two 30 minute interviews; first my my potential direct supervisor, then with the head of the department. They encouraged me to ask a lot of question of them.
