After the interview, I felt a mix of relief and nervous anticipation. I was glad it was over — all the preparation and stress finally behind me — but at the same time, I kept replaying parts of the conversation in my head, wondering if I could’ve answered some questions better. There were moments I felt confident, especially when I could talk about things I’m genuinely passionate about, but there were also a few parts where I stumbled or hesitated. Overall, I felt proud that I gave it my best, and no matter the outcome, it was a valuable learning experience. It reminded me how far I’ve come and showed me areas I still want to grow in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Materials (Singapore) in Aug 2025
Interview
Got called for an interview about two weeks after applying. The conversation with the manager was easygoing, and I could follow all the questions without issue. It just seemed like they were more focused on someone with a strong theoretical background rather than mainly hands-on experience. Overall, I’d say it was an average interview.
