there is direct face two face Personal and technical round.
Technical round is about 20 to 25 minutes. they asked about all java basic and web related html questions.
Next day i called for joining and they give offered letter.

Campus selection. They picked up few candidates from a pool of resumes. There were 2 rounds of interview (Skype). The first round was with the HR manager. He shortlisted further from the pool. The 2nd round was with the CEO. They have the final selection list within 2 hours. The offer letter came after 6 days. The joining got delayed twice and finally asked to report after 4 months
