Interview
After a month from the application, I received a mail with a personal link to a website where I had to do a recorded interview.
You can record only one time, you can't know the question before and every question has a countdown.
If the interview goes well, you will be contacted from a recruiter who will tell you what happens next: a skype call, an interview or a test in one assessment center.
Not good communications between recruiters and managers. When you arrive in the assessment center, it seems nobody has read your CV before the interview.

It was smooth. No issues. The interviewers were very nice. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions and depending on the role, they’ll ask you some technical questions.

Normal formal interview process, asked basic and common interview questions. The interviewers where looking at answers and basing this of the STAR Techniques.The interview did not seem professional so not sure about the entire thing.

Group interview to assess an engineering problem where you have to discuss with your team about how to address the problem, propose solutions and present it to the interviewers.
It was followed by a personal interview with the Human Resources representative and a team member of the position you are applying to, it was a friendly conversation about your interests
