It was a simple interview. I didn't think the question was appropriate, so I didn't answer it. The interview went well, and we decided to pursue the position further down the road.

Got interviewed for a senior role. The interview didn’t have a structure around my area of expertise. I received an offer a while after which was less that I was currently earning.
