Phone interview through an external organisation asked about experience, asked if I could develop applications as a developer, they didn't have clarity on the role and it expectation on what they wanted from the candidate.
Overall, it was a good experience. The interviewers were friendly, approachable, and created a comfortable environment throughout the process. Their attitude made the conversation feel smooth and professional, which helped me engage confidently and share my thoughts more openly.
