Getting to the location of the interview was a nightmare. I arrived an hour early barely making it on time because there is construction, no signage, and no clear entrance to the building. I asked a state trooper and construction workers for help. The interview was stressful because it was obvious they were not prepared nor had they read my resume. And, I could tell right away they were not interested. Ageism is definitely an area they need to examine. It's blatantly obvious what they are looking for.

Question 1
Best customer service experience and the kicker was if there is absolutely nothing to do..what would you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Argosy Cruises (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2013
Interview
It was super relaxed - they mostly just want to make sure you'll work hard, be able to hold your own on a microphone, and not do anything stupid. I suggest getting there early, because the waterfront is crazy and I couldn't find the building. They won't throw any curveballs - just act natural, because you'll have to when you're giving tours.

Question 1
They asked about past experiences, which was pretty straight-forward. Probably want to see some guest contact experience.
