Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1: Coding challenge on Hackerrank.
Observations : 1 coding question given to be solved in 75 minutes where knowledge of data staructure like heap, hashMap and deQueue was needed. It wasnt a trick based question but a question based on practical experience of data structures used in industry. I rate it 5/5.
Round 2: Low level design with coding round combined (1hr)
Observations : Design Patterns & Multi-threading expertise is what i was evaluated on. Thereafter, question on dynamic programming based on Trees to check problem solving and algorithm(Recursion). There were other 2D array based questions which was mainly focussed on problem solving and coding.
Round 3: High level design & Cultural fitness round(with Manager and Managing Director) (1.5hr)
Questions on Java, Heapdump analysis, Design pattern understanding, Java memory model & best practices. Design a Authorisation Service.
Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time
I interviewed at Arista Networks (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
