I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arista Networks
Interview
One-hour in-office interview. There weren't any behavioural questions to speak of, the entire interview was solving small coding problems in C. They had a bunch of skeleton files set up, and you could choose which problems you wanted to solve. The interviewers were friendly, but blunt. They were willing to give hints if I got stuck. They were understanding of the high-pressure environment of an interview and seemed lenient towards minor mistakes. Seemed more interested in how you solve problems rather than whether you get them right immediately. A fairly casual interview.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Write a function to determine if a string is a palindrome.
Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time
I interviewed at Arista Networks (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
