It was very easy for me because I already volunteered with Recruiting. I stopped by the Director's office (in casual dress) and chatted with her because we both knew I already had the job. It was not stressful at all, and the management is very helpful. Vibe is usually casual, but if you are having a formal interview, you better dress professionally! At least business casual.
