First round was a Watson glaser test (fairly simple just make sure you read it correctly) Second round was a group interview with an infographic where you discussed points on it. Partners in the room will probe with a few questions but it’s mainly for the people in the room to discuss, this is where your general awareness will be gauged, but also how you communicate with others. Are you including the quiet people in the room? Are you questioning peoples points? How do you respond to someone challenging your opinion? What solutions can you offer. Also, remember the people in your rooms name, it’s always good to directly say “X person, i like what you said about X, Y, Z - I also would like to add A, B, C”. Third and final round is an individual interview usually with two partners/senior staff. It’s basically nothing to do with law in general, but more about your CV and why you want this career path/opportunity. Don’t act like some hot shot, you aren’t and they are, welcome the opportunity to learn and talk about how your experience in team environments has strengthened yoh and the challenges you’ve overcome through your experience etc.
