Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I felt technically the questions were challenging enough but the questions to determine personality fit took me by surprise
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aruba Networks (Bengaluru) in Oct 2014
Interview
I got referred by one of my friend for MTS IV(UI). The interview process was extremely slow. The first round was telephonic round. And , after clearing the first round, they kept be waiting for 2 weeks for next rounds. I got call after 2 weeks for 4 face to face rounds (each 1 hour). After a week, after reminding them for 2-3 weeks. They emailed me that I have cleared all the 4 rounds.
And then what happened after that have just completely unexpected from a smaller biggest networking company. They called me after 2 weeks for salary discussion. They even cannot give salary as per product development company and they call themselves product development company. And after that they stopped calling me and replying to my emails.
I got to know that (from insider) there are lot of politics going on in recruitment. Their hiring is completely fraud. The favors only know people who can become their slaves and work on their terms. Call interviewers and then stop calling after they clear all the rounds.
Its a complete unprofessional behavior you can really expect from such a big company.
