its simple, there are 4 rounds, mail writing, speech, HR round and manager round and these are very easy round but need to prepare about financial product and everything about finance

Tell me about yourself, what is financial product, about corporate action in detail.
I attended for campus placement it is of 4 level and completed in one day of we clear first round then 90 percent job is yours, then followed by technical discussion and hr all went well, but process takes upto 9pm night

Technical, Managerial, HR round after CV shortlisted. Standard KPO type structure and focus on skills suitable for the role on offer. To the point and clear answers to the questions and intention to learn new things.
