once I submitted the application for the position of customer service representative, I got another email for an online assessment, that has got some open-ended questions, customer service scenario MCQs, Numerical MCQs, and the last question we have to record a video, and send it back

Multiple choice questions about customer service situation Multiple choice about numeric calculation. tell us about a time you worked well with a colleague on a task that created a positive work-team environment.
2 rounds. First with talent management. Second with hiring manager. Fairly straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary star based questions and answers aligned to company objectives.
