Process was divided into 3 layers of screenings. Online Gamified Assessment and AI Video Interview and Assessment Centre (2-3 presentation and 30 minute group activity). If not accepted for the graduate program, you are placed in a pool of candidates for direct graduate roles where you may have another interview

Interview
There are four steps. Step 1: Resume screening; step 2: online cognitive test; step 3: voice-only AI interview; step 4: in-person interview. Each step can sift out some candidates. The first two steps can be done very quickly. The invitation to undertake the 3rd step came promptly. The AI interview will ask follow-up questions on the experiences you mentioned to probe deeper into your reflections. After a three-week wait, including Easter, an email came to notify of no further progress. No specific reason was given.
