It's a full day of interviews. You meet with different managers/employees and then the manager that wants you the most gets you. It can drag on for months because most times there isn't an actual position available and/or the company always goes on hiring freezes especially around the end of quarters

It was a Lengthy Process overall. Negative in that I never received any correspondance after final interview, either with an offer or that the company was moving on with other candidates.

Very thorough and long interview process takes approximately two hours once you reach the in-person interview stage. You will then meet with the direct hiring manager, and then that persons' managers.
