There were 2 rounds after the aptitude test. I had great experience in both the rounds and interviewers asked really good questions relevant to the role and were very professional. I was able to answer most of their questions and the interviewers also seemed impressed, however, I never got feedback from the recruiter even after following up several times. The only feedback I got was that I am still being considered and they will let me know. Instead of keeping candidates hanging like this for weeks, they should clearly state yes or no. Their recruitment team needs to be trained on how to behave professionally and communicate clearly with the candidates.

initial aptitude test, then hiring manager interview: you're expected to construct complex SQL from memory without any resources, even for syntax. It gets worse-- if you do it a different way than the hiring manager knows or wants, you're hosed. This is 2024. Let's stop pretending we need to have everything about our jobs memorized and can't consult with the internet as a resource.
