Interview
I had a call first with the recruiter - standard interview screening, and I connected well with the recruiter.
Then, I had a call with the Director of Product, where he asked really genuine, curious questions about my experiences.
Finally, I had an interview with 4 people spread out over the span of two days: a PM, a senior PM, the Head of Engineering, and the other Director of Product. I connected really well with each of them. Most of the interviews were standard interview questions, and there was one case.

Interview
was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and a prelim conversation was set upfor a couple days later. The recruiter told me about the company and team and got me excited about Avantstay's growth and product challenges. After that, I met the hiring manager and then did a small assessment and panel interviews. Got an offer within 3 weeks
