I applied online, got a mail from HR to schedule phone interview with one of the managers. I had a 2 hours of phone interview covering questions on D/S (BST, Hash Tables, Trees) and puzzles. Also grilled projects on my resume. But overall experience was good as I got to know more about their product and got to know what kind of work is expected to be given for a new grad. At the end of the call Manager told me that I would be flown to their office in Pittsburgh for onsites. They arranged nice stay in the hotel near to office, day before the interviews. On the day of onsite, I had met with 6 people (one was lunch) all are 1:1 each taking 45 minutes.
