I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Avire (Maidenhead, England)
Interview
Started with a call with a few people on their team. Simply going through your CV.
After that, they send a useless quiz. It has percentage and multiplication questions. After this section theres some pasage reading questions similar to the 11+, and then some personality questions. It's quite degrading and appears to show they don't know what kind of person they are hiring.
When successful, you get invited to an 8 hour interview with less than a weeks notice. They offer accommodation and travel with a lunch break. You are made to prepare a 45 minute presentation, more interviews, basic skill checks and group activities. Overall, a negative experience, but the people seem nice.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avire (Barcelona) in Sept 2024
Interview
Great overall interview process with up to 3 stages, where you are given the chance to interact with various relevant internal stakeholders and get to know how the company is driven from within, as well as to dig into the role responsibilities and main functions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avire (Maidenhead, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Zoom interview, then online assessment and then the final stage is an assessment centre in the office. It lasts about 8 hours. It includes a variety of written tests, practical tests and presentations.
