Avire interview questions

Started with a call with a few people on their team. Simply going through your CV. After that, they send a useless quiz. It has percentage and multiplication questions. After this section theres some pasage reading questions similar to the 11+, and then some personality questions. It's quite degrading and appears to show they don't know what kind of person they are hiring. When successful, you get invited to an 8 hour interview with less than a weeks notice. They offer accommodation and travel with a lunch break. You are made to prepare a 45 minute presentation, more interviews, basic skill checks and group activities. Overall, a negative experience, but the people seem nice.
