Pros

They provide lunch once a month. You can get a bonus if the company hits its goals but that basically impossible now.

Cons

Over half of the employees have left over the last year. Management has no idea what's going on. Wrong information is provided daily No training manuals. Management will only promote friends that were hired less then a year ago. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Company has really nice product portfolio and grows.

Cons

Company is acting really chaotic with change of the processes. Do not value former employees, when somebody decides to leave they just let they go without any possibility to keep them and find somebody else for higher salary. Company promotes values which HR does not follow by itself. HR has some sort of godly complex thinking they can maange everything.

The company gives good opportunities to graduate students and helps them start their careers.

Cons

-Need for clearer career progression paths. -No flexibility with working hours, the job requires being on‑site at all times, which makes maintaining a healthy work–life balance very difficult. - Lack of communication across teams and management.
