Interview
Initial phone call to arrange and go over interview (what to expect etc) & then at face to face interview there was a presentation on what Aviva has to offer, then i was side-by-side with another customer service representative for an hour, and then an hour interview with 2 general questions, 8 strength based questions and then a role play activity and then asked if i had any questions.
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.
Virtual interview with competency based questions. Specific examples needed to link to competency questions. Role play undertaken. Interview process Lasted around one hour. Interviewers friendly and put you at ease.
Very long, there were many stages. The day was very chaotic and unorganised.
-Introduction presentation.
-Sitting in the call centre shadowing for an hour.
-Typing test (they use a website from google).
-Strength based questions.
-Holiday Task.
