Interview
Phone Interview, then if you get past that, in person interview. The process takes about one month for most corporate employees. they also do former employer checks. Many good employee options move on to other companies before the avon process is over.

They want to know you understand about prospecting, appointing, training, and developing leaders that will mimic your sales behaviors.

Interview
It was a pretty typical interview, nothing very stressful. I met with another District Manager who liked my personality and had told me there was a temporary position available. She gave me a brief "interview" and called her manager to set us up to meet and continue with a formal application and interview.

the entire process takes about a month. involved a phone interview, in person interview, ride along. Gave both parties a chance to get to know each other and was very effective
First interview was with a regional manager. Then there was a ride along with another DM in your region. If you pass, you are then called to do a final interview with a Market director. If they approve, you are sent an offer letter and asked to take a drug and background test.
