I applied online through my university careers website and received an email from their IT recruiter a couple of days later. I was then scheduled to a Skype interview with two IT managers working at HQ and they asked basic behavioral questions. The whole interview lasted about 30 minutes. I then got a call about a week later saying that I got the position. The whole process went by very quickly and smoothly.

HR will make sure that you are the right candidate in terms of salary range, job experience required, general pulse check on the candidate.HR explained me the next step and expected timing for a phone interview, if selected for an interview with hiring manager. From start to finish the hiring process has taken about 2 1/2 months. BD will ensure that they are hiring the right candidate for the role. Good process overall!
