Total of five virtual interviews over two months, with sometimes less than 24 hours notice to schedule and attend the next interview. Recruiter was inconsistent with communication through to the final round. Received positive feedback during my interview from the hiring manager, but after the final round, the recruiter told me they are moving forward with additional candidates with no further feedback. Their talent acquisition seems indecisive and inefficient.
