Overall was a great experience interviewing with BMC. Everybody was kind and agile to respond. Unfortunately for business reasons we couldn't continue, but it is along my best experiences during a recruitment process. Applied online and an initial recruiter contacted me on the same day. We had an informal talk about my career, relevant experience, personal and professional goals. A Senior recruiter followed up by email and it was the main communication channel during the whole process. It continued with a technical phone screening with a Senior Manager who would be the line manager for this position. Asked questions about previous experience, tools used and cases. During the talk was also possible to discuss career opportunities and leadership.
