Interview
Someone from the corporate office will set-up a time for a phone interview. If you answer the questions to their satisfaction, you will then get an in-person interview at a branch that is hiring. In my in-person interview I sat down with both the Branch Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager.

They mostly asked about sales-type questions (both in the phone interview and the in-person interview).
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
