I applied online. Got a phone interview a couple weeks later. It was longer than I expected, more than ten questions. Then I had a face-to-face interview with the branch manager and assistant manager. Haven’t heard back. Overall the recruiter and the managers were very nice and helpful.

What was the most challenging part of your previous job?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
