I applied for Sr Manager position with BMO in August. The interview process is straight forward - Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Technical with the team member and Head of the department. Interview was combination of work experience and analytical knowledge with the HM. With the leadership, it was more on the experience. Overall process is slow. Average job by recruiter. Followed up a couple of time after final round on the interview and was told I am being considered. Never got update, so I assumed I wasn't selected.
