I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2022
Interview
Online one way video interview(rejected me a week after, yes rejected)
And then few weeks later, got an email invitation to super interview day(again don't know what's happenning).
Two rounds of half an hour BQ interviews, with five managers/senior dev each round. Interviewers were just rushing through all the questions they had and some of the questions weren't even related. We were running out of time at the end and it made me feel very stressful and didn't have time to think thoroughly on the answer I gave.
Overall the hiring process seems unprofessional.

Interview
Started with a 30min intro session in the morning, and then I was booked for two interviews for the day. They called it the super day event. The two interviews were each with 3-4 different people. In each interview, some of the people would ask you technical questions and others would ask behavioural questions.
